Weekly Obsessions 2.1.26
Hello,
Hello, my dears. Welcome to another Weekly Obsessions! Let’s get right into it.
Possibility
of Snow
All week, I
have been looking forward to Saturday night, as there was a possibility of snow
for us here in the Tampa area. Since I am late writing this, I can let you know
that the snow missed us, north of us it snowed, south of us it snowed, and
where we live it didn’t ha ha Kidd,o and I kept an eye on it all night. A little
disappointed, but oh well, at least it was super cold ha ha
Iron Lung
On
Saturday, kiddo, her bestie, and I went to see Markiplier’s movie Iron Lung, and
I can tell you it is so well done. While the beginning is a little slow, I feel
like it needs to be slow for you to get in the same headspace that Simon is in.
Alone in a claustrophobic “submarine”. I don’t want to spoil anything, so I won’t, but I just loved it, so did the kiddos. The easter eggs, the details, the closeness
to the source material. I loved it! Mark (Markiplier) really did amazing here, and as someone who has watched him for forever, I am truly proud of him.
Quarantine Zone
This week, I
have been obsessed with watching Gab Smolders, Jacksepticeye, and 8-BitRyan play
Quarantine Zone. I just have it on in the background while I draw or do other
things, and I am really enjoying it. Lately, I watch more games than I play. Which
is kind of sad, but I don’t know, I just haven’t really felt like playing lately.
Books Books
Books
Kiddo and I
went to Barnes and Noble, and we could stay there for hours. I got a couple of books, one that I had on Kindle, but I wanted a physical book for it. The kiddo
bought a blind book, and it turned out to be really interesting. Not like the
last time, where it was an 18+ book but wasn’t mentioned on the cover page at
all, that was at BaM though. I just love books, and I really want to try reading
more.
Cozyness
I brought
out the extra cozy velvet blankets, and Tokki, my Mini Schnauzer, realized how cozy
they are and has been lying on them all the time. Definitely great in this
cold weather we are having. We both snuggled up in them last night he he
I wish you all a wonderful week, and I hope you had an amazing weekend!! Stay warm and cozy!
