Weekly Obsessions 3.1.26
Hello,
hello my dears 😊 Welcome to the first of March!
Resident
Evil Requiem
I’ve been
watching Gab Smolders and 8-bitRyan play RE Requiem, and it is sooooo good. However,
I am too chicken to play it alone ha ha The graphics are amazing, and so far,
the story is really well done as well. I love watching different playthroughs; it’s
just so cool to see how different people play it.
Brandon
Sanderson’s The Well of Ascension
I finished The
Final Empire a few weeks ago and finally started on The Well of Ascension. I
was so excited to listen to it, which surprised me a little bit, as it has been
a while since I’ve been that excited to read/listen to a book. I got all giddy
he he As I am typing this, I am about 25% through so far. Excited to see the
story unfold.
Pantone
Colors
I have been
finding some beautiful color palettes using Pantone colors on Pinterest. Of
course, I wrote down all the colors I liked, as well as some of the color combos.
I need to get a color sampler thingy again. I used to have one but then I moved, and it got lost in the move, and I just haven’t replaced it ha ha Now that I am
working on my little project and I am working way more with colors and combos, it
would really come in handy.
Working out
Of course,
now that I have written my monthly goals, I have actually been better about using
my bike. Still not as much as I would like, but it’s a start. Definitely need to
start my Yoga again, I feel so still, and Yoga always helps. Weights also need to
be brought back into my routine. It is always so hard to get back into it after
a longer break, but it is absolutely time to restart my routine and get back
into it.
Freshly
ground coffee
As I have
mentioned in a previous Weekly
Obsessions post, our Keurig broke. And recently our glass French Press’s glass
shattered (Technically it was my mother in laws lol). So Hubbster and I decided
to get a Stainless-Steel French Press and also get a hand coffee bean grinder, and oh my goodness, the taste difference is incredible. We now started buying coffee
beans from a local roastery, and fresh beans are simply something else! It is
absolutely delicious. So, I think we are going to stick with the hand-ground
coffee beans and the French Press instead of buying a new machine 😊
I am wishing you all a wonderful first week of March. May your days be filled with sunshine and happiness. Good vibes only allowed ha ha
