Misty Mornings vs. Golden Afternoons

Misty mornings or golden afternoons is a really tough question.

Misty mornings mean the air is crisper, and the hotter days have gone by and we are left with some cooler air. A very welcome change of, I almost want to say scenery ha ha , temperature. Seeing the mist hang around the pond and the trees has something so mysterious and serene at the same time.

While golden afternoons have another special place in my heart. The sun is lower and the angle it is making with the earth is bathing everything in a nice golden glow. The sunsets are incredible this time of year. The way the sun is shining at the perfect golden angle also means it is hitting the sun catchers just perfectly, making the reflections dance across the walls, bathing them within a golden-toned rainbow.

Both are simply stunning for their own reasons, and this is why I am choosing both. I absolutely can’t decide. Both are so magical and comforting.
