My Birthstones

 

Let’s talk about birthstones!

The birthstones for June are Pearl, Moonstone and Alexandrite, which was added in 2016!

Growing up I always thought it was tiger's eye so when the big “Budda Bracelet” craze started I had about 10 tiger's eye bracelets. I was obsessed.  Now I do still have a Tigers eye bracelet for nostalgia’s sake.

Pearl is of course super gorgeous but I am unsure if I still have my pearls to be completely real with you. Some things got lost in our move from Alaska and didn’t make their way to us here in Florida. Eventually I will have all my birthstones again!

I really want to get a moonstone bracelet or earrings! Especially after we saw the new image of the moon that the Artemis II crew shot. The moon has so many colors and the moonstone does really have the quality of the moon. My new obsession was born ha ha

I do not believe that I have an Alexandrite in the house but that is easily fixed by going to my local crystal store 😊 We love all the workers there and they know us by name ha ha That is how often we go there. It has become my kiddos' calming spot because she is allowed to play with all the singing bowls and gongs. All the workers love my kiddo, too, so it helps when the mall gets overwhelming, because we know there is one spot where she can literally take a breather and calm down.

My husband was born in March, so I have a ring with an Aquamarine that I wear on my ring finger 😊
