What does my breakfast look like?

 

My breakfast has recently gone through a massive change at least for me. I used to only eat one piece of peanut butter toast, that’s it. I have this thing where I can’t eat a lot in the morning or I get nauseous. However, since starting the gym and with that also started to change our eating habits and what we eat. (We tweaked our eating more than completely redoing it, and possibly failing with that. Now we eat healthier and log what we eat to make sure we get sufficient protein in our diets, which before maybe got a third of the amount we need for the day. Crazy what you see once you start actually paying attention to it.) I am now managing to eat more. 

So, what does my breakfast look like, and when do I eat my breakfast? 

Well, I eat my breakfast at 5 in the morning before the gym. We usually get to the gym at around 5:30 am, and my training on training days is usually at 6 am. 

Now, for breakfast, I eat two pieces of Peanut butter toast, a banana, and an Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yoghurt. I know, it doesn’t sound fancy or like much, but it is more than what I used to be able to it and I am honestly proud of it, and also happy about it. 

I am still working on eating other things like overnight oats, but I have yet to find a recipe that is actually good and doesn’t just taste soggy unless that is what overnight oats are supposed to taste like, ha ha (Please let me know 🥺)

What do you guys eat for breakfast? DO you have any suggestions for a healthy and protein-filled pre-workout breakfast? I’d really love to hear from you guys :)
