Languages I want to learn

 

As I have mentioned before I am currently learning Korean with a teacher, and it is going quite well. However, there are a few more languages I would like to learn and today we are going to talk about this 😊

Japanese is high on my list as well, I actually started learning it before I decided to get a Korean teacher and have put Japanese on hold for now. I definitely want to pick it back up. I would love to be able to get by when one day visiting Japan or watching Anime without the subtitles is always a goal.

Chinese is also on my list. I find it absolutely interesting, and I know it will be hard to learn because of the different intonations that are being used but I think it will be well worth it. Again, if I ever have the chance to go visit, I want to be able to understand at least a little bit, like money, and ask where things are. Things like that. I just want to be able to get by ha ha

Next is Norwegian, I know a stark difference to the other languages on my list, but I want to visit Svalbard some day and again it would be so fun to try speaking the native language even though I know a lot of people there speak English as well. I would love to challenge myself.  

Most of the languages on the list have the same thing in common as to why I want to learn them. I want to challenge myself in getting by, by speaking the native language. I also know it won’t be perfect but that’s the fun of learning a new language and trying it out in the native country. I hope that one day I have the chance to travel a lot and visit different places. I definitely want to go back to Korea and show my kiddo where she was born and where we used to live it would be so much fun and now that I understand a bit more it would be double the fun.
