March Bucket list

March is upon us and with that the start of Spring is coming closer to us. March’s Bucket list is very much themed after the start of Spring. This year I am oddly excited about Spring and have so many memories that rushed back about spring as I have talked about in my Mood board.

Spring cleaning

It’s kind of a cliché BUT it is always good to do a reset on the house/apartment/room. So take this opportunity to do a nice clean around the place. Also go through your closets and see what you can get rid of. I do this rather frequently and it is crazy how much you accumulate.

Decorate for Spring

After a nice clean now is the time to switch the décor from Winter to Spring, I’ve honestly already started doing day and put some fake spring flowers around the house. Of course, I switch my garden flags for each holiday and season.

Make a Spring wreath

With decorating for Spring you can also create your own spring wreath by either gathering natural materials or buying fake materials so your wreath will last longer. Decorate your front door with your homemade wreath.

St. Patrick’s Day

March is also the month of St. Patrick’s Day, so get your green clothes out or your green accessories and wear something green on St. Patrick’s Day. What a fun tradition.

Have a Picnic

With the weather getting warmer and nicer, it is time for a nice Picnic. Make some nice little mini sandwiches, bring some fruits or even veggies and a good dip and set out your blanket and enjoy the weather. You can even do this in your backyard if you have no large area near you.

Spring crafts bird feeder

Create a bird feeder 😊 Craft your own feeder or set up a pre bought one, which is totally okay. Fill up the feeder with yummy bird seed and combine it with the next point.

Bird watching

Use your newly set up bird feeder to have a nice morning watching the birds get their morning grub. Or spend an afternoon at a nature preserve watching all the birds that are native to your area.

Pick wild flowers/watch for budding flowers

While you are outside for your picnic or your bird watching keep an eye out for budding flowers that are coming up in Spring. You can also pick some flowers to put in a vase in your home to always remind you of the adventure you had that day.

There are so many more spring ideas, but I am going to leave it at this for now and revisit spring at a later date 😊  What have you plant for the month of March, any fun adventures?
